Unhealthy Skin Causes and Treatment using Herbal Tea
There are ever so many causes for an unhealthy skin. Once we know at least some of theme, we can take steps to prevent or heal the skin, and keep it form and taut.

Care of the skin begins with a healthy diet with adequate vitamins and elimination of stress. Refrain from hot spicy foods, Use fennel and licorice which have a cooling property. - Oily Skin
Take a lime juice mixed with crushed ginger before food. - Dry Skin
Drink warm water to which 1/4 teaspoon of crushed cardamom seeds are added. - Normal Skin
Add 1/2 teaspoon of dried ginger powder boiled in water and take with lukewarm water.
