Turnip Face Scrub
Turnips come from Europe where they were used for both human and animal food. A turnip has a white flesh as well as its skin, but the latter has also a purple-tinged top. Its leaves can also be eaten. They are called turnip greens and look like spinach.

- 50 gms turnips shreded
- 50 gms carrot shreded
- 25 ml milk
Boil all the turnips and carrots then mash them. Add milk and apply on the face. When dry, scrub the face with your fingertips, and then wash it off with lukewarm water.

grated turnips alone will help your skin. As what i have experienced. I also used it as facial scrub and leave it on my face for 15 mins until its moisture is absorbed by my face.
