Natural remedies are a definite step in the right direction, especially for acne. Some acne creams can contain very harsh chemicals in order to fight the breakouts of acne. In some cases they have been proven to cause more damage I believe you need to do facial scrubs cleansing the pores and opening them up so they can breathe. Avoid touching your face as much as possible; never squeeze your acne, it can cause scaring.

wow, hope this works, my face is starting 2 have does around my forehead which it won’t go away, and true i touched my face alot when im stress and pickypicky stuff on my face alot .
hope doing all this would help my face get better. i sleep less than 7 hrs aday although im still young, its bad i know.
