This happens every night I don't turn in to bed until 4am in the morning and back up at 8am to continue this process. I am already on Prozac , Trazadone for depression I am on lithium for mania bipolar. I take xanax three times a day for social anxiety disorder. I have diabetes type 1 so my sores that I pick take forever to heal. I was told I'm narsistic what ever that mean. I really need help this disorder consumes me day and night it rules my life even when I'm siting in the car waiting for my son at school I pick , scratch , pop , and squeeze my face , back and chest. i'm already on so many medications i wouldn't know what else could helpl. Also I so social phobic I can't bring myself to see a dermio. I'm just to scared. Do you have any advice or helpfull tips or words that have helped others . This disorder makes me feel sad and very alone and blue.
