Ensure your skin is properly hydrated by regularly drinking plenty of water, around six to eight glasses a day, sounds a lot doesn’t it but no need to gulp down full glasses at one go, provided you get your daily quota sipping it or drinking slowly will be just as good.

Start today, it’s never too late, don’t take your skin for granted. Stop those fast aging habits such as smoking, drinking heavily and sunbathing. Wear sunglasses in bright sunlight to stop squinting, improve your lifestyle and your diet and think about how much happier you’ll be when you look in the mirror in years yet to come.
